I have the exact same issue with the Dragon Age Origins trophies, except unlike Baldur's Gate 3, there are multiple trophies attached to romancing the cast of Dragon Age Origins. For some of the romance trophies, there is a requirement of being a specific gender in order to get with certain characters.
