Most Wanted has the essential cars,not everyone would like normal cars,also EA had the Porsche license but both Underground games didn't even have them,Most Wanted has better variety, better map,better handling and most importantly, it has cops.

Carbon had the best physics. It was too easy to slide your cars around and they felt too light in the Underground series. Plus they'd go completely weightless in crashes. Most Wanted had too much weight, even on the Lotus Elise and such. Carbon had the perfect blend between the two where very few cars felt the same.
